In 1986, the Managing Director of MAC Design Group, Alex Lozanovski was quite literally born into the window furnishing industry, with his mother going into labour in the showroom of the family-owned window furnishings business. It was here that Alex’s passion and dedication for business and window furnishings flourished.
Fast forward 30 years, Alex alongside his wife Melissa and daughters Alessia & Catia, took a leap of faith and MAC was born, with the focus on manufacturing quality, custom made window furnishings. More than just the development of quality products, Alex and Melissa had a core focus on developing a working environment where staff felt valued and appreciated. A place where staff voice and agency are paramount and a place where the expertise would lie with the many incredible staff that MAC employed. The business set sail in November 2019, prior to the world pandemic of Covid-19, and has continued to grow ever since.
The success of MAC is attributed to the nurturing way in which the company works to support all stakeholders and is an element of the business that they are very proud of and a testament to the success of the company.
