Position summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual to join our Operations Team here at MAC Window Fashions.
MAC Window Fashions is a rapidly growing soft furnishings company specialising in high end curtains with a vast network supplying nationally.

FULL-TIME POSITION

This role will see your working Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 4:30pm.

SKILLS REQUIRED

To be successful you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude. Your customer-centric approach and eye for detail will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

  • A wide range of computer skills – with the ability to pick up industry specific software promptly.
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products and systems.
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage in conversations that develop the branch.
  • Professional communication skills, exceptional organisation skills & great interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to prioritise and multitask as you will be reporting to various superiors.
  • Ability to show initiative and take responsibility.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues as they arise.

Roles & Responsibilities

Inclusive of but not limited to:

  • Processing orders
  • Managing and coordinating alterations
  • Management of accounts, invoices and orders
  • Billing clients and customers
  • Maintaining records
  • Answering calls
  • Managing email accounts
  • Cash handling
  • Attending a reception desk
  • Secretarial and executive support services
  • Managing the office calendar and booking appointments
  • Assisting the Operations Team Leader, General Manager and other staff where necessary with administrative duties
  • Assisting the Accounts department
  • Maintaining an organised workspace
  • General cleaning duties when required
  • Effectively communicating with all members of staff to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Complying with all processes, procedures and manuals set out by MAC Window Fashions
